Training
Datawright’s products are inherently ‘user friendly’. They have been designed to follow the logical processes of your working practices and present a familiar user interface which speeds up adoption and comfort with the system. However, it is inevitable that some degree of training is likely to be required.
Our training model is flexible, able to adapt to your departments specific needs. We can train all users or target ‘super users’ who are then prepared to return to the workplace and train others. Training can be provided on-site or within the dedicated training facility at Datawright’s Washington offices.
Typically, training is provided by members of our Service Desk team alongside our Business Analysts. These people are familiar with how the product is used in the real world, using many of the products themselves on a regular basis. Furthermore, as they are the people who will support your business, forming the relationship at this early stage is beneficial to both parties.
