Master Build

Master Build is the ultimate tool in the processing of all types of Building Control applications including Full Plans, Building Notices, Dangerous Structures and Approved Inspectors. Developed in conjunction with Building Control Departments from across the UK, the system has all the functionality required to be a truly beneficial tool.
 
Within Master Build the comprehensive search screen is used to filter the records by a wide variety of criteria. The resultant list is colour coded to indicate the status such as approved, refused, commenced, completed etc, and the list can be sorted, exported or printed. Selecting a record presents a series of logically arranged ‘tabs’ with all the information required to process an application. Work items are unlimited within an application and each has its own record with summary data, fees etc, and its own set of multiple inspections. Time and mileage can be recorded for each application and total cost compared to the fees received. There is a comprehensive list of standard reports within the system and 'ad hoc' reports can be created using Access, Excel or Crystal Reports
